A celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ through songs
08th April, 2021 The Ministry of Tourism ended the Easter holiday with a night of choral performances to celebrate and commemorate the resurrection of Christ with an Easter Choral festival hosted by the Destination Development Division last night, 7th April 2021, at the Queen Salote Memorial Hall. The Guest of Honor for the event was the Minister for Tourism, Hon. ‘Akosita Havili Lavulavu who was in attendance together with some members of the Diplomatic Corps.
Choirs and Brass Bands from Tupou College, Tailulu College, ‘Apifo’ou College, St. Andrews High School and Lavengamalie Christian College participated in the vent with special performances by Ms. ‘Atolomake Helu and Mr. Penisimani Lomu.
The Ministry of Tourism wishes everyone had a Blessed Easter holiday.
